Every patient in treatment at Dr. Young's office has a chance to spin the wheel. When you come in for an appointment you can earn points.

• Appliances in working order (nothing loose or broke): 2pts
• Wear headgear and/or elastics properly: 1pt
• Good Oral Hygiene: 2pts
• Refer a friend or family member: 3pts

When you hit 25 points you get to spin the wheel!!!

You can earn a gift certificate every time you visit us if you wear your Dr. Young T shirt.

Referral Contest

Every time you refer a family or friend to our office you are entered to win a fabulous gift for yourself and for your family. Drawings occur every three months. The more you refer the more you are entered!
